How it works:

• Fill out the form below.
• If you choose “pick it up,” we will schedule a meeting to pick up the voucher.
• If you choose “mail it, please,” I will put it in the mail for you, complete with instructions and a message from you.
• The giftee needs to send photos to me via email, text or social media. Once they do that, they will be put on the waitlist, which is fulfilled first-come-first-served.
• After the painting is made, I will contact you again for payment.
• I will arrange either a meet up or shipping (per your instructions) with the giftee.

If you have multiple painting orders, please fill out the form multiple times. (Multiple paintings for the same person will be bundled in one letter).

If you want something more complicated, like two or more pets, or another element in the painting, please specify in the comment section. Extra costs will be accrued per element (+50 per extra pet, etc.).
